Many of my clients wear their Norma Kerr jewellery everyday, some, on the other hand just for special occasions, either way, over time a repair may be required. If that is the case, please don’t retire your jewel to the dark confines of that box of treasure hidden in the deep recess of a drawer never to be worn again!

To ensure your Norma Kerr piece lasts a lifetime and is in good repair should you choose to hand it down the generations, today I am launching my Repair Service. I do not charge for the work involved in any repairs, however, if by any remote chance you have lost a gem stone, I will provide a quote for a replacement stone of your choice. Sorry to say that I am unable to repair items of jewellery that are not from my collection. All my pieces are hallmarked with my unique NK makers mark.

Simply place an order for a Repair Service, fill in the details, pop your Norma Kerr piece back in the box and send it to me by Special Delivery or other tracked postal service. There is a small charge to cover the cost of return postage.
