An invitation to the palace

The Kingdom of Hay has its castle, and very fine it is too, but no kingdom is complete without a palace, and in the spirit of this rebellious little town, Hay’s palace is of the Gin variety.

Hay Distillery - hidden away on Brook Street is where you will find Gold Award winning gins: Wild Knapp and Dr Beaky, lovingly batch made on the premises. The aroma that welcomes you as you enter the distillery is simply delicious - quince, apple, pear, thyme, bay, rose, rosemary, elderflower of the Wild Knapp. Mingled with herby citrus tones from lemon balm & mint, rose, carnation petals & lavender and warm spice from cloves, peppers and juniper of Dr Beaky.

I will be soaking up this delightful atmosphere and invite you to join me at the Distillery during the Hay Festival Winter Weekend 30 Nov ~ 1 Dec. I will be at my jewellers bench, demonstrating my making process and showing my collection of jewels.
